Russian salad

Russian salad: how to make it perfect in just a few steps!


  • 2 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 100g (3/4 cup) of frozen peas
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 300g (1 1/4 cups) of mayonnaise


1. Cut the carrots and potatoes and transfer them to the steamer. Let it steam for 20 minutes, then remove it from the heat and let it cool. Transfer to the bowl.

2. Season with salt and pepper and mix. Finally, add the mayonnaise and mix it all

well with a spatula.

3. Serve on a plate and decorate with boiled eggs.
